We like to call this “ Buyer and Seller Remorse

In my professional yet humble opinion, buyers as well as sellers are concerned that they are making the right decision to buy or sell today!

For Buyers:

The buyer is concerned that if they buy today the property it’s going to continue to decline in value. According to Uncle Tommy, “it could plummet to zero, you should wait” the great news is that if Uncle Tommy is right we’ll all be speaking another language.

For Sellers:

The Seller is concerned that if they sell today at the bottom of the market, the same property is going to appreciate. According to Aunt Nancy “the market is picking up…its going to take off again, you should wait before you sell”

Just on a side note: We all have a family member, friend and or coworker that sounds like Uncle Tommy and Aunt Nancy…The funny thing…They are typically the same person standing on the side-lines later saying “I told you should have bought or sold”
